Mindfulness-based courses represent custom made courses and exercises that I’ve designed based on my work with thousands of people over the last two decades. These courses and exercises, the bulk of what you will find on the Making Sense of Islam platform, are meant for a wide audience of Muslims who are fluent in the English language. They are all based on the first principles of Islam, but also use tools, techniques, tactics, and methodologies to actually make a measurable difference.
