When the Prophet (God bless him and give him peace) was asked for life advice, he replied, “don’t become angry.” (Bukhari).
The Companions took this statement to mean that every bad character trait stems from anger. What better way to kickoff our personal exercises than with dealing with and controlling the root of so many of our problems?!
